This place is amazing. Friendly, elegant, and the bar staff -- in this case, Louis Vito -- friendly and fun. Definitely recommended!

This bar was sexy AF. I almost felt like it was a waste taking a random first date there, not because it was expensive, but more because the ambiance is very special and should be experienced with someone special too.

The mixologist had an interesting German name I can't remember - a Berliner that had a great command of Bourbon drinks. I tried quite a few. My favorite was a bourbon chartreuse sazerac - I'm drooling in a shitty hostel bed in Croatia just thinking about it.

The bar is in a quiet part of town, but that only adds to the intimacy of it. After a couple great drinks, you can stroll to Kreuzberg/Neukölln and keep the sexy vibez going.

PS: Married the dude after our first date, here. Our child is also doing well. It's our special place. So yeah...keep the Legende alive....Meet/bring that special someone here. Someone worth having deep conversations with. May you also be so lucky...(or at least get lucky ;-) ), on that special night. Enjoy!

Two of us had some really great cocktails and hospitality at Die Legende last night. The bartender was charming and made a nice martini. Inside looked cooler than outside, but it was too nice out to not sit outside and enjoy the night. I would recommend to cocktail enthusiast and especially for anyone looking for a drink on a night in a cool spot inside. Price was a little high for four drinks it was €48.

Paula & Ben, eh! The owners? The bartenders? Two of their regular customers who come in all the time to enjoy deliciously handcrafted cocktails?

Nope. We learned the secret.

Ok, it's really not a secret if all we had to do was ask.

Turns out they have another secret. As in, secret recommendations of awesome cocktails from our bartender, Kamal. A refreshing whiskey basil cocktail sat itself before me and, truth be told, it was amazing. Crisp and beautiful. It's not on the menu, so don't try finding it. Just ask what the bartender recommends, and he'll have it for you.

But what's not a secret is how awesome all of their cocktails are. My friend had rave reviews for their French 75 and the SO couldn't keep his hands off the gin fizz.

Legendary. Just like the name says. Who knows, my German is not refined and, quite honestly, I am not sure what "legende" means, even if it is quite obvious.

Oh, and the name. It's the names of the owner's children. They must be some cool kids. I wish my parents would have named a bar after me.

I have been to this bar twice. The first time it was quite initmate and quiet, allowing my boyfriend and I to have a nice and relaxed time.
We returned last Monday during the Carnival of the Cultures. We had already enjoyed one drink and my boyfriend ordered a second and wanted it "to go" in a plastic cup. The bartender (I think owner or manager) said that he wouldn't want to serve such a great drink in a plastic cup and told him to take the glass with him and send it back. : ) So we walked the streets of the carnival, I saved the glass, and we will bringing it back. The owner / manager showed serious class!

Good neighborhood joint. Relaxed vibe, long bar, good drinks, and a mixed-age crowd.

The restaurant wears a nice warm look. The food and the cocktails served here are worth the money you spend here. A must visit for everybody.
