Had an appointment for cleaning in this "tres chic" dentistry. The dental hygienist asked me to lay down on the treatment chair in a position so she "could work on me" ( because the chair was " too wide" for her to reach me) but which was very uncomfortable. The position put me in a position with overextended neck, so that the water would fill up in my mouth ( despite suction) and I got the feeling of drowning. I indicated that repeatedly to her but she was not paying attention. Suddenly she stopped and said that we could stop and that I should get another appointment wirh one of her colleagues for cleaning my upper teeth. She was unattentive right from the start and got defensive and hostile after that. Terrible experience. I'll never come back!

The weirdest thing happened: I was here with my wife who was getting her teeth cleaned. It was Easter Monday, there were very few clients in queue, and basically, business was slow. So I was quite surprised when we were leaving and I asked if they could schedule an appointment for me, and she told me to call her instead. Why? You can talk on the phone but you can't talk to me face-to-face? Strange, right? I think I will explore my other options for a dentist, because that's not a promising sign.

Mixed review: The hygienists are outstanding. Really excellent, every time. Actually worth the extravagant itemized charges on my bills.


Compared to most dentists in Berlin, they have modern technology, and have at least heard of some of the procedures I have had. (I've had a lot of work done in my mouth).


However, I had a very nasty consultation with a member of the implant team who I had to actually ask repeatedly to actually look in my mouth, and a follow up from the dentist regarding my fairly new implants, the crowns of which they would like to replace despite there being no discernible benefit to me. I received multiple condescending and impatient hard sells. Really unpleasant, and needless to say, they won't be replacing my crowns.

Nice employees and beautiful clinic, I'll give them that, but I'll never recommend it to anyone. Unless you don't care about your money.
I broke a piece of my front teeth and they requested a 130 euro to fix it (!!), saying it's not fully covered by public health insurance and they're using the best material.
Maybe they would have done a good job, don't know. But I now know frontal tooth damage is fully covered by public health insurance and I was treated completely cost-free by another clinic, which did a fine job.
If you want to pay outrages costs for their beautiful clinic - this is your place. If you want to be treated fairly - STAY AWAY!

my new crown by my new dentist makes me feel that my previous review wasn't so far off. half the price, feels and looks great, not much fuss and didn't make me feel bad when i asked for the price.

ps: i didn't get a cappuccino form the receptionist though. i guess it is ok, i'll just go to caras later, right?
