Good service, terrible food. Our party ordered several steaks and one person ordered a chicken salad. None of us could finish any of the food, in fact we could barely touch it. This is by far the absolute worst food we ever had in Paris, don't fall for it, definitely a trap.

This might be a good place just for drinks as it has a nice vibe, but definitely not for food. There are multiple extremely better options in the area.

Yet another charming street filled with cute cafes and theaters, we stopped in for breakfast after the Hillsong church service at the Bobino theater. Very nice brunch offered with a big selection. Yogurt and fruit, sausage, bacon and eggs, a chocolate muffin and great coffee. Super cool morning environment on this street too. We'd come back for sure.

Cute restaurant that was bustling when we came on a Wednesday night. Luckily even though we did not have reservations we were able to get a table. Service was a bit slow but the food was pretty good and the portions were generous. The best part is this is right around the corner from a great view of the Eiffel tower. Have a late dinner, wander around the corner, and wait for the tower to start sparkling.

Lunch time , lunch time, lunch Time.... a good deal, a plat & dessert w/ espresso that is good even on a student's budget! The food is a good tasty portion & the staff is pleasant. The lavatory looks like a metro station, That's cool! For Dinner the price goes up for basically the same meal that was lunch with out the dessert or espresso, so I will stick to going before 4pm (16:00)! Go & and Bon appetit !

Part of the furniture of Rue de Gaite, nestled in with the theatres and the sex shops - but don't let that put you off, it's worth a trip down here if you're not staying in the area.

We stopped for a late lunch and a couple of drinks on a lazy Sunday. I suspect this place gets busy and bustling come night-time, and I'll be sure to visit again, but the food we had was really rather good and the service friendly and efficient!

Liked the feeling here. Relaxed and hip and fun.

Good, buzzy bar in the the bustling Rue de la Gaieté - a street in the 14th full of good buzzy bars and restaurants.


Large bar, exposed brick walls, colourful tables outside and a decent choice of wines and beers.


Lots of people eating what looked like pretty standard bar food. But I didnt try it.


However, one (shared) bottle of chardonnay later and I am feeling happy and at one with all things Parisian! Well worth a short detour.

My bf ordered a random beer from the tap that turned out o be 10 Euro!! 10 euro!! For a beer FROM THE TAP. Also the waiter was kind of an a-hole. Mostly younger crowd. The terrace is ok. But was too expensive for the area and what you get. I pretty much never need to go back here but its usually pretty crowded so I doubt the owners will care.
