I bought a pair of shoes here that were final sale and after one time wearing them they broke? well no wonder why they were final sale. Didn't even bother to try to return them because i will never go back to this store.

This place is humongous so take your time. The colors will assault you at every turn. It's a mix of Forever 21 with a dash of H&M. The clothes are very affordable. Even the dressing rooms are gorgeous.

The worse Customer Service!!! The girls that work there could care less about providing good customer service! The so called managers have no idea on how to manage a store or provide good customer service. I love shopping here, but I think that I would rather take the extra trip and go to the one in the South Shore Mall where the staff is better trained!

If I could I would give this particular location 0 stars!

I went here on an empty morning looking for some work attire. I find some clothes and head to the dressing room where there were no employees. After waiting for quite some time, I went in and tried on my clothes.

I came out to a line where customers were still waiting to try on clothes. I interrupt two employees talking about their tattoos at check out and tell the cashier that they should send someone to assist the fitting room. The girl not working the register says she is keeping an "eye on it." I mention the line and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. The cashier took forever to ring me out, talking to other employees rather than paying attention to me.

Terrible customer service. Not sure how much worse it could have been. Only got two stars because I bought something. Clothing isn't the best quality but it works for the price.

If I could give this company zero stars I would.

I purchased a dress for New Year's eve. I paid for 7-10 day shipping, which left 2 days of wiggle room for the delivery to come on time (including Christmas). A few days later I got an email telling me that the dress was estimated to be delivered on January 2nd, which obviously was not ideal. I called the company and was told that they "do not guarantee delivery dates", although I was charged $10.50 for a guaranteed date.

I asked if I could have a second dress overnighted to me, which I would gladly pay for with free shipping, and I would send back the first dress once it was delivered. I was told no without any hesitation. She did not apologize for the situation or even give me another option.

I bought a new dress somewhere else. It is now December 7th and the original dress has not come. UPS has tried to deliver it 3 times, but since Love Culture requires a signature at delivery (which I have NEVER had happen with any other clothing company) and I work full time and go to grad school, it is now being held by UPS until I can go pick it up. I plan to return it anyways, so this is a big waste of my time and money.

Every representative I have spoken to from their customer service department has been incredibly rude and unhelpful.

I will never purchase another product from this company.

This is pretty much a more sophisticated Forever 21 with cuter and better made clothes! I saw this store first in the Dedham Legacy location and really liked that it's huge and has a lot of different options and price points. I think it's great that they have a location in this mall where every teenager in Boston hangs out ( I used to be one of those kids back in the day...SIGH!) ....It may seem a bit teeny boppery- but I'm 32 and I'm not hating!!! I went there twice this week and not only scored some skull bracelets I have been looking MONTHS for- but they were also cheap and well made. I also scored a cute trendy black and pink scarf with skulls all over it and a cute green python-y printed one as a gift...The second time I went I got a really cute hi-low black dress that came with a super cute brown belt for under $30.
It's a great place to go for trendy clothes and not spend a lot. Although I think some of their accessories are a bit overpriced - I'll still go to F21 for some of that stuff!

They also had a really cute skull crop top that I tried to squeeze my rolls into. That wasn't happening. I have to remind myself that I'm 32 LOL.
