Tiffany Jacob, DDS - Orchid Family Dental

If you are looking for a dentist what a sweet bedside manner then look no further. Dr Tiffany incredibly sweet and great with kids! She has been seeing mine since they were 3. The office is clean and has a cozy feel.
We have rarely waited for our appointments, they are usually ready for us when we arrive.
While there has been some front office staff changes since Covid we have been able to see the same dental hygienist on our visits.

I had Laura as my dental technician and she did a great job. I really appreciate the discussions that I can have with her concerning better care of my teeth. Always friendly and quite Competent.

I went to Dr. Jacob after seeing the google reviews hoping I would be going to a dentist who's not only professional but is also fair. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. She is kinda far from where I live. But I guess I was fooled by the reviews.
She placed a crown on one of my upper molars after which every time I floss around that area, and even today after almost two years, it bleeds. I also had deep cleaning done after that. It was so painful and uncomfortable, I had to let her know several times during the procedure. But she kept on going. Not only that, she chipped one of my lower front tooth. I let Dr. Jacob know. I was surprised and literally was shocked when she not only acted as if it wasn't a big deal, but she also wanted me to pay to have it filled. She did nothing about the crown which was probably not placed right and still bleeds and smells everytime I floss.
I will not only be not returning unless and until she takes full responsibility and fixes both the issues caused by her and her staff. But I will also let other friends and family that lives around the area know to totally avoid this office.

My 6 year old had to get caps and cavities filled. Tiffany and her staff made her experience so comfortable. Tiffany was gentle, made her feel safe and comfortable during her dental work.
I highly recommend her and her staff. They made our experience a good one.

Excellent and very competent service. They go the extra mile as they did to ensure my wife, who has very bad allergies, had a smell free environment (no perfume, scent plugs, etc). All the staff ate professional and very nice. As always, a pain free visit.

Today I had my first visit to Orchid Family Dental, for a toothache. The staff was very professional and friendly. My appointment went very quickly. Dr. Jacob was very helpful and provided excellent guidance and steps forward to take for my bad tooth. I will be coming back in the future.

Cannot mention enough how great this office is and how personable Dr. Jacobs is. My whole family and I have been going here for years now and even though we moved about 20 miles away, we all still trek back here for our dental needs. The entire staff is warm and welcoming; they always remember us and have never had an issue getting an appt, even with a day in advance (emergency appt). Routine cleanings to full on wisdom teeth extraction, we've all had multiple things done here and were incredibly pleased with the service and knowledge on everything with teeth. Highly recommend if you're near or have no problem driving to see a phenomenal dentist.

Dr.Jacob is a very thorough dentist. She is a very nice person and will always let you know what she needs to do for you. Cost wise she's very fair. Glad I found her!

I've decided to update my review after being with Dr Jacobs for a few years now.

Dr Jacobs is very professional, and they work with their patients needs, including their financial ones. The office itself isn't hard to get to, and they have more than enough room for larger patients (which, trust me, isn't as easy to find as you'd think.)

The staff is always very friendly. They offer you your choice of Netflix shows to watch while they go on with their work. They offer you a choice between what treatments, anesthesia option, and even flavor of toothpaste to go with.

I have never been to a dentist so accommodating, and so talented with putting you at ease. I have dentist anxiety, and I will NOT go to another dentist as long as Dr Jacobs is in business.
