Seven-Eleven Store No 32681

Been coming to this store a few times the past few weeks, each time the clerk tries to hand me back my change short...I thought he made a mistake the first time but now it's been three times this week. Smiles as he tries to steal your change. I don't care about the change, it's the fact he thinks it's okay to steal your money. I'm sure after doing that all day to people it adds up. Don't trust them here. There is at least 3 better options for 711 near by.

This is a 7-Eleven gas station located right off the main road, Evergreen Way. It is a gas station location and does currently have a Red Box outside. Within the same parking lot is a Jack in the Box.

Outside is pretty typical for this area, a little grungy but alright for the most part. Inside the shop sometimes smells a little weird from the "gas station pizza" and other "food" but it's not bad. The shelves are pretty neat and stocked. Typical 7-Eleven here... flowers, knick-knacks, travel items, candy, beer, soda, slurpee machine, sandwiches, donuts, etc.

The employees are almost always speaking in their native tongue but that doesn't bother me. I'm always greeted and treated kindly here. The only scary part is some of the unsavory patrons. For ladies, I don't recommend coming here alone after dark.

In all, it's a decent location that's fairly easy to get in and out of. Usually plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Just keep in mind, this isn't always the best part of town.

I'm so happy I do not live in Everett Washington and I do not have to frequent this at 11:00 on Saturday evening while visiting a friend out of town I was in the store and the man behind the counter besides the fact not having a mask on decided because I so really inquired about whether or not he had a microwave decided to scream at me at the top of his lungs for the next 7 minutes causing several people in the line behind me to yell at him just leave me alone this was the most horrifying experience in my life I don't know if the man has a problem with women or what is problem is but you make sure he was screaming to me that this is probably a story you could do whatever he wants which I could really care less cuz I don't live there it's really a shame though for the people that live around that 711 that's where they have to go it was filthy dirty I have a best friend that runs at 7-Eleven so I know how filthy the store was it was disgusting I just hope that they close it down real real soon before somebody actually like has a heart attack standing in that line I'm pressing charges today calling the police with my therapist was absolutely traumatizing

This 7-Eleven is the worst I've ever been to. I recently lost my wallet here and went back to this store and ask if anyone had turn it in out of good faith. Obviously not but anyways I came back know that's the last place I pulled my wallet, purse out and ask them if I could look around and maybe look in their garbage bin incase it was throw away. The responds they gave me was sorry you can't look in our garbage and that it was not permitted. I was soo mad and when I got home I told my bf and he went back to the store and pretty much gave the jerk who told me to pretty mush piss off some polite words hint hint. I hate the employees in the store and they are soo creepy and jerks. Never sending foot in this 7-eleven again what a bunch of assholes.

More often than not, this location has the good slurpee flavours. They unfortunately share a parkinglot with the Jack in the Box that's plagued with hobos trying to con free stuff out of the workers there, so it's not the safest of places, but as far as 7-11s go, it's decent.

This is BY FAR the WORST EVER 7-11 I have EVER been too!!! I have gone here on about 10 different occasions! By myself, with my fiancé, with my children, with my fiancé and children, morning, noon and night and it's ALWAYS the same! First I'll let you know it's so gross on the inside! Nasty sticky floors, ppl who don't understand the English language and the transactions take forever for these reasons! Omgoodness IF you can stomach getting out of your car/vehicle then bless you!!! There is a RedBox outside but BELIEVE me when I say it's not worth the risk your taking!!! Just NORTH on 99/Evergreen Way/Highway 99, etc. is another 7-11. At the 7-11 on Everegreen Way and Everett Mall Way is the BEST PROGRAMING I have EVER WITNESSED!!! Please support the well wronged companies that make the ill willed and ill intended to scatter.

Watch your change when you hand them a $20!

Instead of checking the tape in the office right away Mandy said she would take my number, review the DVR, and then promised to call me with the result. Before she could provide a refund she had to see if she actually gave me the correct change or not first.

I had no cash in my pocket before entering the store and went straight to the cash machine and withdrew a $20 dollar bill. The cash machine only gives cash in $20 increments.

I bought $4 in Lotto tickets and received change for a $10.

I mentioned the mistake and emptied my pockets on the counter. I was carrying no other cash. She said that she would call after taking my information. She finally called but said that she needed the date and time to review the tape. This was after a week of waiting. I called and gave her the information that she requested. She said that she would tell her husband who reviews the tape and call me back.

Two weeks later.... No answer so I return to the store and speak with her... She said that was a long time ago like I would forget about it or something... It's not the amount but the principal! She said that she still has my number and she will call. NO CALL! I return to the store and she is not there but I speak with another clerk. I explain and he replies "Oh you are the guy" sort of laughing when he says it. YES I am the idiot who trusted your clerk to call me!

All liars and thieves who do not seem to care about their customers!

Two stores close by that carry the same stuff but cheaper and with lower gasoline prices! Do not waste your time with the people that own this store. They do not follow through with their promises! Obviously they only care about making a quick buck and not the customer!

Also I noticed that their food looks old on the grill like they never change it. Just my observation.
