Good gym, great breakfast. Rooms are ok, overall a very good stay here.
Restaurant has very nice dinner as well.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 3053021422012年8月15日
Nice and clean. The walls are concrete so you don't hear your neighbor. Great for the business traveller. I was there with the kids. Nothing for them to do at the hotel or nearby. The pool area was very nice but was meant for lap swimming only. The depth was 1.5m so too deep for kids.
The rooms were clean. The a/c was okay. We had it on high but it never got very cold. Maybe it's an American thing to where we expect high to be freezing.
Garage parking was available for 16€ without in and out. It's shared with the office buildings so hourly was also an option.
Restaurants within walking distance was very poor. The hotel options didn't sound very appetizing.
For the price I paid (name your own price) it was a great value and I would like to stay there again. For those of you paying regular price though, shop around a bit more.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michele D.Purcellville, 美國654972662011年12月22日
Location: Short drive away from FRA, probably 15 minutes. Some places within walking distance, and there are a couple of restaurants in front of the hotel (Japanese noodle place that I have never seen open, a pizza place and another restaurant of some sort). It's your basic Sheraton.
Cleanliness: It's clean, tidy, public areas are kept spotless.
Wi-Fi: It's not free unless you're above the Gold level, which I think is Platinum (I get all the levels confused with all the various hotels). In the lobby, you can use Link by Sheraton and receive 45 min per day for free.
Convenience: Directly in front of the hotel is a tram--the stop name is Burostadt Niederrad. You can take this tram right to the main train station in Frankfurt and you can take it directly to Romer Square, as well as points beyond. It's a short ride, not more than 20 minutes if you go all the way to Romer Square.
Fitness: there is an indoor pool for laps and a small gym that contains cardio equipment and weight machines.
Restaurants: have had the breakfast buffet once and thought it was good. It's expensive, as are most hotels, but when you have great food choices nearby and a refrigerator in your room, save your money and go elsewhere.

Very clean and near the airport (20 euro cab ride) no club lounge but if you have status with the hotel chain, you will be given a free drink card and a 50% off coupon good for drink or food. A few good restaurants you can walk to along with two grocery stores with in a 10 minute walk.

Probably the most professional and friendly hotel I have stayed in Germany. As soon as you walk in the men at the front help you and are very friendly. They speak English so there was no language barrier and if you call from your room, the operator from the hotel speaks in English too! The staff in the front helped me in explaining how to use the phone to call another country and directions of where to go around the city. The main lobby is truly beautiful and it looks like it is polished everyday due to how shiny and sparkly it is. :D
The rooms are perfect! Not too big and not to small. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of power outlets to go around. The television provides good channels and some radio channels too. The food in the restaurant here is delicious! They start serving around 6 a.m. and the staff and more than glad to help you with any needs. They also have computers available in the lobby alongside a piano.
Then you realize, that you have a whole city to explore and you are already overwhelmed with the hospitality this lovely hotel gives. :)Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Tiger K.San Antonio, 美國0931482015年2月20日
This review is of the restaurant and it's breakfast. It was quite simply the best breakfast I've ever had. My waitress named Maria Coletto treated me like a king. She also made me the two best eggs I've had in my life. The price is a little expensive at 25 euros but I had a 50% off coupon. It is a buffet so if you're a big eater you can definitely get your money worth. The variety of the buffet and quality of the items factors into the price. I can't wait to come back and eat here. I almost forgot, the porridge, which has green onions, pickles and peanuts which can be added as toppings, was incredible. I has two large bowls. I will eat this breakfast every time I'm here, coupon or not. Try it!!!

Unless you're a business group, don't bother staying here. As a traveling couple, were treated like we didn't exist. Lied to about A/C (of course we have it) except it doesn't work! Requested fans out of desperation (no we don't have any) until we spoke with manager, then two appeared! But the worst of all, when we called the front desk (at 2am) to try to get the fans, maybe a new room - we were LAUGHED AT!! Lisl seemed to think the whole thing was funny. Worst service ever! Said they would give us our points back we used, never did. Contacted SPG direct to finally get our points back.

Great location for connecting w/ Frankfurt Airport. As this is far away from the city of Frankfurt, it's worth only for connecting to the airport. Going to the city means to use the train or the S-Bahn. The rooms are OK and the service is good.
