Whistle Wash Mobile Car Wash

I really love not having to wait in a little office until my car is cleaned. Dena came to our house and did a great job washing all three of our cars in one day. They were very clean on the inside and nice and shiny on the outside. I highly recommend Whistle Wash whether you do or do not have the time to sit around.

This company DOES NOT CARE about their customers. I purchased a Groupon deal to have my car detailed by them and was really looking forward to having it done. They wouldn't return my calls for 2 weeks when I first started trying to contact them, then they scheduled my appointment and didn't show up or even call to let me know they weren't coming, not once, but TWICE. The first time, after I finally got a call back, they told me it was my fault and I had the date wrong, and assured me that I was definitely on the schedule for the following week. I confirmed the new date and time with the owner, and she promised they would be there the next week. I cleared my schedule, uninstalled carseats, removed everything from my car, and sat at home waiting all day for a second time, and could not believe it when they failed to show up yet again! I started calling 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and they simply refused to answer my calls or call me back. I then sent emails, which also went unanswered. I finally gave up after trying to contact them and getting nowhere, and got a refund from Groupon, but the experience was really upsetting to me and I was very disappointed and surprised that Whistle Wash Car Wash would treat their customers so poorly. Had I not already paid for the service, I wouldn't have been so bothered by this, but they already had my money and they wasted so much of my time without so much as an apology. I have honestly never received such horrible customer service from any other business! I expected so much more from a company that claims that they are so "high above the rest" because of their wonderful customer service. Also, I left a review on Google last week, which was one of two "1 star" reviews, and interestingly, all of the reviews have vanished. If you are looking for a reliable car wash/detailing business, I would recommend staying FAR away from this one.
