I went back yesterday for a second try and again I was highly disappointed. We ordered two differant things from my last visit. I ordered the hummus plate which was bland and had no taste also was not served with anything just a plate of hummus with a couple hard boiled eggs, we also had the maple chicken that was ok. The service was horrible I had to ask 3 different servers for some bread and finally had to walk up to the counter to get it myself, also had to ask serval times for an iced tea refill, now this is at 3 in the afternoon they were not busy and there was at least 8 employees walking around or chatting amongst themselves not servicing they're customers. I am very disappointed always loved the joans on third. I guess the new location in studio city does not stand up to the original. I will not be back, will find other places to spend my money.

They are great groomers...I have taken all 3 of my dogs to them and have never been disappointed..

I took my dog there for the first time and she is a senior dog, I was told on the phone that they work with senior dogs and it would be no problem. When we picked her up she was half way finished I was told I could bring her back to fix her face and when I tried to bring her back I got really bad attitude from the owner telling me I should take her to another groomer after I already paid the full price plus a generous tip to have her groomed the first time. The owners attitude and poor customer service is why I will never bring any of my dogs to these groomers. They are not about customer service.. What a shame it was very convenient right down the street, but the way she talked to me and her nasty attitude I would not have her touch any of my dogs. Their are some great groomers in the neighborhood that I will gladly give my business too. The best review I could give is you would be best to go to a another groomer.
