What a horrible experience. As a male nurse, the store does not in anyway cater to men. However, apart from that, the women working the counter was extremely rude. She did not greet me as I entered the store (common courtesy) and ignored practically any question I had. When she did feel like answering me, her one word answers and rude pointing was less than helpful. If I can not find something in your store, rather than pointing and grunting, perhaps you could come over and assist me. As someone looking to easily spend a few hundred dollars in nursing gear and equipment, even if you had the brands or equipment I needed, I wouldn't give you my money. Overpriced and horrible customer service.

mediocre pizza - terrible staff, long delivery times, horrible customer service.

they use to be better, but since the owner got lazy, stopped making the food, and hired a useless staff they have plummeted down hill in my book.

Save yourself time & money - get a frozen pizza from the super market and stay home.

1. Food: I think the food was great. My girlfriend & I ordered the large meatball & pepperoni pizza, with a cesar salad as an appetizer. Sauce, cheese and crust were great, plus the toppings complimented the pizza well. Real big, thick meatballs on top. Cesar salad was creamy and had crisp lettuce and a good amount of croutons.

2. Atmosphere: AWFUL! As much as I like the food, I probably wont be going back here because of the atmosphere. It was a 45 minute wait (which is fine) but we noticed there are only about 10 tables in the restaurant, so waiting 30-40 minutes is probably a normal occurrence. After we were sat, everyone who was waiting after us decided to wait IN the restaurant (opposed to staying outside) for their table. The place is so small to begin with, the people waiting for a table were towering over the rest of us. Imagine eating dinner with a stranger literally standing to your immediate side, talking loudly to their friends. Really rude and inconsiderate.

3. Staff: There were a couple guys here (looked like they owned the place) that went above and beyond to help sit and serve everyone. It was well appreciated. But the actual staff of waiters (2 or 3 people) were completely ignorant to how a waiter should be. We ordered a salad for an appetizer; about 10 minutes later we heard the table next to us order the same salad. When our salad was made, the OTHER TABLE got the salad because their waiter wasn't paying attention and just grabbed it off the counter. Our waiter never noticed the mix-up, so we had to go out of our way to explain what happened just to get a cesar salad 25 minutes later.

All in all, they make great food, but the atmosphere and staff is not worth the frustration. I definitely recommend the food, but will not be going back.

I was really excited to hear that my mom had sent me a cake for my birthday! However, when it arrived 1 day late the excitement had worn off considerably.

To make the matter worse, the cake itself was extremely small, dry & tasteless. The icing used was very heavy and tasted like I was eating a stick of butter.

All in all, I was very unhappy with my experience and would not recommend this product to anyone else.
