It sucks I have to give this place any stars at all. I went in for a haircut, and I now have the WORST hair cut I've ever had in my entire life. I was talking to my hair "stylist" (term used VERY loosely) asking her if she's been cutting hair for a long time, and if she enjoys it. She told me she didn't enjoy cutting hair. I knew right then I should have ran or the door, but I didnt want to be rude, soooo I stayed, and held onto hope. :( Such. A. Bad. Idea.

ANYWAYS, I asked for a longer length A-Line cut, where the shortest part would be at my shoulders. She gave me layers, all jagged, uneven, and really funky, with ALL my hair above my shoulders. Then she blow dried my hair and I was done. I knew I really didnt like it, and I could feel the length differences in the back, so I asked my friend to confirm. The OTHER hair stylist there said she could fix it, so she evened out the one layer, but left the underneath layer all much, much longer than the rest. It's essentially a long mullet. I cant even leave the house. :(

I will NEVER go here ever again.

OMG I LOVE THIS PLACE!

This salon is about 3 months old. I came in on a Friday and Vanessa worked on me. Given the location, and how new it is, I have to give it 5 stars. Sure, in some areas of the salon there's random junks, but they just moved in so it's forgivable. They have these new spa chairs that are made out of what looks like oak wood- NICE TOUCH, never seen them before. You can get your hair done, nails done, facial done, waxing done, the only thing Vanessa said she didn't offer was massages, but her mani/pedi massage was pretty good! I'm impressed by how friendly and talented she is. She definitely talked to me throughout my whole appointment to build rapport, but never tried to sell or upsell me anything (big plus). My mani and pedi were flawless- listened to what I wanted, cleaned my cuticles to perfection, and didn't even use any acetone to clean mistakes, Vanessa truly impressed me. The pricing is also affordable... $30 for a spa pedicure and mani, hello! That's great!

What really won me over were my brows. I had my eyebrows waxed here and she took about 10 long minutes. Typically waxing is SO fast, I was getting worried that she messed up because she was using tweezers. I was wrong, for the first time in my life, I looked in the mirror and my eyebrows looked fabulous and symmetrical. She really knows how to shape your eyebrows to fit your face.

Cons:
Since this place is brand-spanking new, I am unable to speak of any cons.

My hair was dull and in major need of a cut. Sarah dyed and cut my hair and I felt like a new person. I was so excited about my new look and decided to get a manicure as well. Vanessa introduced me to the shellac color manicure which is a gel nail polish that stays on for more 3 weeks and does not chip easily. I was totally sold! The girls working there are great! Definitely going back again!

I was driving around on my lunch break and stumbled upon this gem. I'm super happy I decided to give it a try. I'm one of those people who put off cutting my hair until I'm ready to pull it out. I have long curly thick hair. Not easy to cut. I walked in and Lee greeted me with a big smile. She's a nice woman. Very sweet. She cut my hair exactly how I asked, and it's absolutely the best haircut I've ever received. She took her time with the long layers. And she styled it so I didn't have to go back to work with wet hair. The prices are very reasonable! I'll be back for sure!

I finally found a hairstylist who knows my hair.....Razia ! I have curly hair which is very difficult to cut to right size. The only hair stylist who knew my hair is in Central Coast, but when I moved to San Diego 12yrs back I had a frustrating time finding a hair stylist. Couple of months back I found a coupon for manicure in a local coupon book & went in to the salon for manicure. I was greeted by a very pleasant elderly lady who went in to check with the owner if she was free for a manicure. She came back & asked me if I could wait as the lady is doing a facial & will do my manicure soon after she is done. Since I had time I decided to wait & that is the best decision I had taken, coz while waiting Razia asked me if I needed a hair trim.Very hesitantly I asked her if she could do something about my good hairstylist starved hair. she said she could & I decided to just give it a try. I was sooo pleasantly surprised when I saw the result.....I could not believe I finally found a good hairstylist after 12 years! & that too so reasonable priced ($15) I felt like I had won the lotto. I went back to Razia for a hair color & was again very happy with her work. Razia puts in her heart & soul in her work. She has a lot of patience with her clients & has a cheerful disposition.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that she continues her hair job in San Diego. I also twisted my husband's arm to go to her for a color & he was so happy with Razia's work that now he wants to keep going back to her for his hair.

I came here this morning for my appointment and found out that they were closed. Nobody told me about it. So I called and talked to the owner and she tells me she'll be there in 5 mins. She was late so I just left and ignored her telephone call. I was so mad that I strictly dont recommend this store to anyone.
