Lake Otis Touchless Car Wash

I bought a new car on 18th of July. On July 30th, I wanted to wash my car and decided to try Lake Otis Touchless Car Wash (https://goo.gl/maps/MF7jtR2rfNn1anmm8). I do have a picture of the car before going to the car wash. I bought the $16 option and a first surprise which I noticed was that there was no soap at all(!). Just pure water was running (probably they run out of the soap?) and when the so-called "car wash" was finished, I was worried that something happened to my car. Indeed, I realized that the roof of my new car has scratches made by the brushes (see the pictures) :( I tried to contact their phone number (907-344-1032) but no one answered. I called them 2 more times without any success. However, 48-hours later someone called me back and when I explained what happened they accused me of lying. When I mentioned that I do have pictures that my car didn't have any scratches before the car wash and there are scratches after, they said, quote: "it is suspicious that you took pictures before going to the car wash, so you obviously wanted to accuse us". I asked if he wanted to see the pictures and where should I send it? to the email? He said he doesn't have an email. What about the phone? I can send it to the phone, and he said this is a landline phone only. These are just obvious excuses because he doesn't care. When I wanted to find some kind of reasonable discussion, they accused me of constantly arguing and quote: "if you want to argue better go to the bar" and then he started to ask about Ukraine-Russian war (I do have Eastern European accent, although I'm neither of these nations). I tried to not be provoked (he kept throwing question about Ukraine war) and then he started to read the Bible(?) aloud. After he finished reading the Bible he started playing some random music (at the beginning Ukrainian and Russian songs) for an hour. I did record part of that ridiculous conversation when he was reading the Bible and later the music which he started playing. You can find a fragment of this conversation (bible reading) here:

I don't think I'm going to leave this as is, because the person who called me was so rude, discriminating and literally crazy (reading the Bible as a way to not allow the client to speak) is just beyond any comments. Not everything is about the money.

The quote for fixing the car is $3k.

Btw. I guess it's my fault that I didn't read the reviews of this place before going there. After that incident I found a few reviews where other people also got scratches on their cars because of the Lake Otis Touchless Car Wash.

Should've pulled away when I saw the car in front of me being shaken side to side by the car wash brushes. Took my truck through an Ended up with light scratches the whole length of the truck and some slightly deeper ones that followed the movement of the arms. $12 car wash is gonna end up costing a couple hundred to get all of the scratches buffed out. Go somewhere else.

This place is awful! No soap in the bays and no employees anywhere to help or get my money back. Apparently "touchless" also means soapless.

I received a phone call from the person who runs the car wash and setup a time to comeback and get my car cleaned. He told me the touchless ones aren't very effective against heavy dirt that's why I had the results I did. He sent me back through the older wash with the brushes and rollers and it got the job done.

Chose supreme as the option. Car came out still dirty, with a streak in the middle. Rear bumper, top, rear window, front window still very dirty. Do not recommend going there and will not use again.

It's close to my house so I come here when I need a wash. I've never been disappointed with the cleanliness of my car. I usually opt for the $13 option which is presoak, underbody, and a wax finish. Arctic rainmakers is $14 so I usually come here over there.

I like taking my vehicle here, it's close to where I'm staying and work.

I usually go through the soft touch rather than the touchless to make sure my car gets cleaned, especially this time of year.
There was a couple times my car didn't come out clean when an attendant was standing out so he put me back through for free.

It is impossible to tell when the credit card payment has been accepted--no lights , no confirmation and NO receipt. And , since I used the wash with the rotary brushes I removed my antenna first and it felt like the car was being beat WITH RUBBER HAMMERS. I am glad I removed the antenna--a warning is posted that they are not responsible for antennae and I can see why. Mediocre car was and the car was not that dirty--jsut splash dirt from two days---had to clean it myself when I got home to remove the spots and streaks.

I'm not sure what happened here, but I took my car to get washed and there was a clear line midway down my car where the car wash failed to wash my car on both sides.
