Great food with a great coffee, what more do you need.

It is a shame two of the three cafes closed, but I just need to walk further to this one. Giving me chance to walk off the cinnamon buns.

Scandinavians are known for their simple, sleek, and minimalist style. It's a grand concept for design and furniture but not the best when it comes to food.

Sure the cinnamon roll at minimum qualifies as such - yeasty bread with cinnamon swirls - but this pastry is just not complete IMO without the sweet glaze!

Otherwise the latte was good and service was quick. Seating was busy but that's London for you.

I only stepped in a moment to get a Cinnamon Bun for take-away but it was impossible not to smell cinnamon!
My Cinnamon Bun was really good, with an intense flavor of cinnamon and other spices and not too sweet. It is not cheap but it is pretty huge!

Unfortunately, this was probably my least favorite coffee shop experiences in London.

The people who were working here were really abrupt even though the shop didn't seem particularly busy. We asked where the bathroom was and, separately, the difference between black or white coffee - not a distinction that we have in the States - and they were quite stern and seemingly annoyed when we asked.

This spot seemed to be a place where people spent a bit of time to get things done, though there was no free wi-fi. A few people looked a little pretentious... just a different clientele than I feel like I saw anywhere else.

Coffee and Gravadlax sandwich were ok.

Amazing bakery and coffee shop. The cinnamon roll was recommended to me by the barista and it is delicious. The outside is a little harder and has a sweet glaze on it but the inside is nice and soft, a little dry but when you have a coffee with it, it's wonderful. The coffee is nice and moderate, not too bold but has a good coffee taste.

I think if it were for the cinnamon rolls and cakes alone, the former of which are brought up in fresh-baked batches every hour or so, this place should get 5 stars. But they've also got good coffee and consistently mindful service, making sure that the place is clean and tidy (not too surprising in a place called "nordic" anything :-) ) and the wifi is consistent and not on a timer. Just as a note - if you need to plug in you'll need to find seats at the back. No plugs in 95% of the seating.

It's a bit pricy (£3) but it's delicious ! Best Nordic style cinnamon bun in my opinion

Those cinnamon rolls are really something else, but the completely indifferent staff sour the whole experience.

Maybe go to Bread Ahead to get equally tasty pastries with a positive attitude

Nordic Bakery is my favorite café in Central London. It's conveniently located on Golden Square which is away from the usual tourist routes and crowds ... but not too far away. This is a Scandinavian enterprise so they have all sorts of Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, and Finnish goodies - both savoury and sweet. I especially like to grab a tea here in the afternoon and eat one of their specialty pastries - a Karelian (Finnish) pie. The staff here are friendly, the WIFI is free and easy to access, there's bike parking in front. Though it's crowded, there always seems to be one table left for me.

Polite staff and good coffee. It gets a bit crowded from time to time otherwise it is a great place to meetup
