I started working with Phil back in 2006, and have continued working with him over the past 10 years. He most recently helped my wife and I successfully close after a challenging closing process that encountered several speed bumps and detours -- he stuck with us to the end.

Phil is knowledgeable and experienced in many different kinds of properties, has excellent ideas, acts quickly on requests, courteous and friendly, funny, patient, trustworthy, always has my best interest in mind, is highly organized, gives attention to detail, and brings tech savviness that gets clean and legible agreements with quick electronic signatures.
