I would give this place ZERO stars if it were an option! This place is absoutely HORRIBLE!!!!!

I lived there for 9 months. I lived in a 2 bedroom by MYSELF-no animals!

I moved out and received a $1,200.00 BILL for new carpet, countertops and PET SEAL! I did not own a pet! - This place raped me with fees. I've never seen more disgusting, disrespectful employees at one place. Seriously, DO NOT RENT HERE!

This place is GARBAGE! Absolutely DISGUSTED with them!

I am not big on leaving reviews, mostly because I don't usual read them. Also, it is hard to take these review websites seriously when you know only people who are mad write on them.

However, I have lived here for 7 months now and this place is not bad. Good area, good prices and close to almost everything.

It is a bit on the older side but everything works and I have had good luck with maintenance fixing things in good time.

I estimate there are about 610 apartments here and they are always full so I guess there is more good than bad.

Harrasment beyond you can imagine from the leasing office. I am a software engineer from India working for Amex. In my few months of stay, i have experienced all kinds of problems that i have experienced in lifetime with any leasing agency/landlord. I am not exaggerating. If you have some issues, there are a few people at the leasing office, they will make you "feel" so worthless and give you mental torture beyond you can imagine. So much of attitude and a complete lack of professionalism.

I really wish i could have taken them to court and sue them for my mental agony but with family and kids, I don't want to take risks.

My personal request to you DONT rent an apartment here. If you still plan to, do only if you have a thick skin else you will feel depressed the way they treat you. You'll know what i am saying once you move in and have a problem.

I dont feel like living here and I am just waiting for my lease to get over in another 6 months so i can move at the first opportunity. Like some one else said, you get what you pay for!!!!!

My advice to you, DON'T only think of coming here, RUN AWAY from here.

This roach infested place is now called Sierra Ranch Apartments... Do not rent here! They charge the same as the nicer apartments in town yet one is forced to have thousands of disgusting roaches as roommates. There are about 10 maintenance people yet they still don't get things done. My air conditioner was leaking water and they came to look at it and promised the supervisor would come look at it and he never did. I've been reporting roach problems since the beginning of my lease and it got severe the past 2 months. The only thing they do is have the weekly exterminator come spray inside instead of outside only...it does not work.I have found 17 roaches in the past 3 or 4 days... Not exaggerating! My ceiling fan in the dining area wobbles and the maintenance person said it wasn't wobbling enough to have anyone fix it. The front office only cares about renting apartments not caring for the residents. There are shopping carts constantly found all over the property from Fry's Marketplace across the street. We can't wait to move.

This apt complex is a NIGHTMARE!!! Do not do not do not even concider moving in here. You know that old saying- You get what you pay for- Well that is 100% true when it comes to this apt. Dont get me wrong my apt has cheap rent... but it is a god awful place to live. My appliances are from the 1960s (you know that god awful yellow color) , I can barely fit a cookie sheet in my tiny oven which maintenance has had to come out several times due to the stove top not working (and its taken them a week to get out there so one week no oven/stove top) , I live on the 3rd floor and the lights in my stairwell have been out almost all week (lovely to walk up to the 3rd floor in the pitch black), the laundry mat is disgusting!!!! Even after you wash your clothes... they still smell dirty!! Not to mention that the washing machines/dryers are for like a half a load and you have to pay $1.05 for wash, $1.05 for dry and then because of the small dryer usually your clothes wont even be dry and dont even dare leaving them down there unattended because you'll only get half of them back. The office staff is just a joke. AND TALK ABOUT INVASION OF PRIVACY- They dont tell you when you move in but get ready for your about every 3 month "maintenance/management inspection!!!!!! They say it is to spray for bugs and to do maintenance as needed - GET THE HECK OUT OF MY APT THAT I PAY FOR- OH ya, and this is MANDATORY!! I called down to the office to tell them that i have no bugs and no maintenance that they will repair (my stove, dishwasher, ect) and they said that regardless if i wanted them in my apt or not... they will be entering- and that i could be there if i wanted. Hello Sierra Ranch you suck and I have a job i cant sit at home for you to inspect my horrid apt. GET SOME UPGRADES, GET BETTER STAFF, AND GET MY DARN LIGHTS IN MY STAIRWELL WORKING BEFORE I SLIP AND FALL AND THEN I NOW OWN SIERRA RANCH!!!!!!

OKAY OKAY WHATS THAT YOU SAY - YOU WANT AN UPDATE ?? okay here we go... so a few months ago the apartment complex caught on fire... when we originally moved in you DID NOT have to have renters insurance. Now that some dumb lady left her stovetop burner on and lit the place up, it is MANDATORY that you now have to pay extra for renters insurance. Then ever since my clothes got stolen from the laundry mat i stay down there the entire to make sure no one touches them. The other day I was washing some clothes and go figure the one time I leave to run back to my apt, I come back and all of my "undergarments" are gone!!! F-ing disgusting right!!! Some perve dug thru my clothes and stole nothing but bras and panties. Gross!!! not to mention to me that my neighbor has told me that stuff out of the back of his truck has recently been stolen SEVERAL times. They use to have "Security" walk around the place at night and it seems that now that there is no security that stuff is being stolen from people. My other neighbor the other day told me that it looked like someone tried to break into her car but failed. A few weeks ago a man was found shot dead in his car. Yep thats right.... now there are murders happening here. I see a cop in the complex pretty much everyday. Trust me you DO NOT want to live here. Sierra Ranch... you NEED to get security back!!!

OKAY SO HERE'S THE UPDATE FOR THIS NIGHTMARE COMPLEX. MY BOYFRIEND AND I PLANNED ON MOVING AND TOLD THE COMPLEX THAT WE WANTED TO BREAK OUR LEASE... THEY SAID NOPE AND EVICTED US FOR NON PAYMENT. WE WANTED TO BREAK OUR LEASE AND GOT EVICTED????? PRETTY F'D UP. HAD TO GO TO COURT OVER IT. THE JUDGE SAID NOPE YOUR EVICTED AND NOW HAVE TO LIVE WITH THAT ON RENTERS RECORD!!!!

Do not rent from these apartments. They have a problem with cockroaches. The staff does not fix repairs when you request a work order (such as broken appliances and damages in the apartment made before I moved in). The units are very run down. The cabinets are old and rotting. The wood is falling apart. My unit was dirty when I moved in. I complained and they never even came and cleaned it. There is mold in the apartment. I reported it, but nothing was done. Also, when the air conditioning was broke, I was told it would take a week before they could get to my work order. The broken fridge caused my food to rot and I was never reimbursed for it.
